Will Clarity Clinic work for my skin type?
Our formulations are designed for all skin types, especially sensitive and mature skin. We avoid all common irritants and use gentle, botanically-based ingredients. If you have specific concerns, email us at hello@clarityclinic.nz—we're happy to help you choose.
How long until I see results?
Most customers notice calmer, more healthy looking skin, with improved hydration and texture, within 2-3 weeks. For concerns like fine lines, firmness, and pigmentation, expect 6-12 weeks (one complete skin renewal cycle). Real transformation is gradual and sustainable.
I have very sensitive skin. Will these products irritate me?
As a Naturopath, many of Claire's clients had sensitive skin, so sensitivity was top-of-mind when she formulated the Clarity Clinic range. We use soothing botanicals like Aloe vera, Calendula and Geranium, and strictly avoid harsh actives, fillers and unnecessary chemicals. That said, everyone's skin is totally unique to them, so we always recommend patch testing any new products first. Can I use Clarity Clinic products with my current routine?
Absolutely. Each product is designed to work beautifully on its own or be integrated into your existing routine. That said, the range is formulated to work synergistically together, so you'll see even better results when using multiple products from the range.
Are your products really natural? What about preservatives?
We use natural, naturally-derived and nature-identical ingredients. Our botanical extracts are world class and form the cornerstone of each formulation. When a nature-identical, lab-synthesised ingredient (like our Vitamin B3) is safer or more effective, we choose it, but we're always transparent. We use preservatives approved by EcoCert and COSMOS for use in natural and organic cosmetics and skincare, because safety matters.
Can botanicals really be as effective as "active" ingredients?
Botanicals ARE actives. They contain powerful compounds used therapeutically for millennia. We combine potent botanical extracts with clinically-proven, naturally-derived or nature-identical actives (eg. peptides, ceramides, vitamins) at concentrations research shows really work.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, absolutely. We never test on animals, and we don't work with suppliers who do.
